Reservation Policy

  3pm to 9pm (February - October)
  3pm to 8pm (November - January)
• Office Hours (Mountain Standard Time)
  9am to 9pm (February - October)
  9am to 8pm (November - January)
• Check out is 11am
• Late check ins are possible, call Inn for details
• It's possible to bring outside guest to breakfast for an additional $10.00 charge, with 12 hours advance notice, subject to availability.
• Breakfast is Non-Transferable
• Parking: There is off street parking available however, on street parking is permitted in St. George
• All rooms are non-smoking, any indoor smoking violations are subject to a $300.00 fine
• Pool use is not available to outside guest
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require one week notice before your arrival date. For cancellations made within less than 7 days, guest will be responsible for the full amount of the stay. No refunds will be given for early departures. When canceling a reservation a cancellation number must be obtained via telephone. Due to the size of our Inn cancellations within less than a weeks notice, significantly effect our ability to rebook your room. Therefore our cancellation policy is strictly adhered to.
